Kim Murphy

With over fifteen years real estate experience in the Savannah area, Kim Murphy decided to expand her career goals and formed The Kim Murphy Team. Kim personally hand picked her associates to insure that all team members share an extensive knowledge of the Savannah area, a strong sense of ethics and superior customer service skills.

The national and regional reputation of ReMax Savannah provides a strong network of support while Kim is able to enjoy the independence and management vision of her own affiliation.

Kim has been an active member of the Savannah Board of Realtors since 1992 and has had continuing membership in The Distinguished Sales Society since 1994. She has served on and chaired several committees including the Woman's Council of Realtors. She actively supports several charities, most notably The Children's Miracle Network, where a portion of all sales commissions are given. Since being an Associate with ReMax she has obtained Membership in the ReMax 100% Club, ReMax Platinum Club and the Highest Honor ReMax Chairman's Club. Adding to the long list of awards and certifications are The Top 25 Realtors in the State of Georgia for 2005, Accredited Staging Professional, and Continuing Top Remax Team.

Kim and Jerry, her husband of 23 years, live in Southbridge and enjoy travel, tennis, golf and precious time spent with friends and family.

Julie Pence

Originally from Chicago, Julie earned her B.A. in Advertising at Iowa State University. Julie uses her marketing experience gained from working in various advertising agencies in Chicago, Jacksonville, FL, Hilton Head and Savannah in her behind the scenes support activities.

For the past seven years, Julie has supported Kim, providing a different perspective -- real estate as seen through the customer's eyes, not from the real estate agent point of view. Julie works from home and is connected to the team through an extensive communication network.

When she is not assisting Kim, she is busy taking care of two special needs children. Julie and her husband Steve also live in Southbridge.
